Yay! I am so excited to share Open Up and Get Unstuck, The Gateway to Living Your Best Life Your Whole Life with you!
Since I began coaching in 2012, I have observed that the most common reason people come to me for help is that they feel stuck. They sense a change needs to be made in their lives, but they don’t know what that is, or how to begin. Often they have already worked through past trauma issues with therapists and are ready to go, but don’t know what the next step is.
That’s where opening up comes in!!
Open Up and Get Unstuck was written for you! Nowhere in our culture are we taught the skills required to move adeptly through life, growing and expanding for all of our lives. And that’s why so many people feel stuck. Humans are expansive beings; we are designed to create and grow and learn and deepen for the entirety of our lives, and when our busy, responsibility-filled lives interfere with that process, feeling stuck is the natural response.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. We can open up to what our hearts are calling us toward. We can transcend the false limitations society puts on us and live the meaningful, fulfilling lives we were meant to.

Open Up and Get Unstuck is truly a gift to the world. No matter where you are in your life emotionally and spiritually this beautiful book has so much to offer. Diane writes from the heart, as one who has a deep understanding of the emotions, life challenges, highs and lows, loves and losses that we all experience in our journey through life. She uses her own personal experiences and life lessons, as well as anecdotes from others, to demonstrate how to learn and grow and look at life from a new perspective.
Each chapter ends with exercises and practices for the mind, body and spirit to help with the process of getting unstuck, becoming more present and living your life more fully and joyfully as well as prepare for any future challenges that come our way.
Throughout the book Diane inspires us with quotes from spiritual teachers and philosophers as well beautiful affirmations. Her gentle approach to life, her empathy and guidance are an elixir for life.
